In 1973, the Jain community in Boston, Massachusetts founded the Jain Center of Greater Boston. Since then, JCGB has grown to serve over 300 families in Massachusetts, as well as New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island. For members, JCGB holds Bhavna/Bhaktamber, Snatra, and Dev Shastra Guru Puja's every month. Also, there are grand celebrations for Mahavir Jayanti and Diwali. Along with these opportunities, the center provides education to the younger generations about the Jain philosophy by conducting Pathshala the first Sunday of every month. Also, there are Swadhyay classes in which adults to engage in lively discussions about Jainism. Currently, our Center is led by Jitendra Vora, President, and Dilip Jain, Vice-President. The Pathshala sessions are headed by Rajesh Mehta, Pathshala Director.
