Participation by multiple Pathshala teams from various Jain Centers, their participants, coaches & the Admin team, along with their family members, have created a strong & positive impact at every JAINA Convention

• Conducted successful JAB Tournaments in 2021 and 2023 with large number of attendees
• Added extra team members
• Recruited more moderators and conducted their coaching
• Organized pre-tournament coaches meeting and training sessions
• Gathered post-tournament feedback from the coaches
• Worked on improvising the JAB Manual

• To improvise the JAB Manual, have it printed and distributed before August 2024
• Reach out to other Pathshala Centers new to JAB and encourage them to join the tournament
• Create a new universal Pathshala Team to allow more youths nationwide be able to participate in JAB.
• Modify JAB to have an efficient/ simplified format to be able to conduct the tournament in given time during the convention.
• Follow JAB mission to help learn about Jainism in fun, interactive format and yet organize the tournament in an efficient manner
• Recruit and train additional moderators before next tournament
• Recruit and coach co-Admins to help out during the tournament

• Aim for a bigger and better JAB tournament at the next convention
• Need to reach new Jain centers to encourage their Pathshala to participate in JAB
• Make it a more efficient and enjoyable experience for the JAB Participants during the tournament

• During the Convention: Convenient space for JAB matches, Lunch preference for participants and families
• Support our moderators who make the matches possible
• Would like to get any feedback from other committees regarding JAB during the convention to help improve the flow if needed
