High Level Notes: 

1. Main Objective for Next 2 years: Transform from a Volunteer Based Organization to a Professional + Volunteer Organization

    We achieve this by: 

    1.Work closely with all Jain Centers , combine their best practices and propagate with to others

    2.Make JAINA a  household name in NA and globally

    3.Continue our effort last year to raise funds for JAINA Projects, Committees & for running JAINA office

    4.Establish JAINA Office as the central place to:

           •Provide EC / BOD Support

           •Build community outreach campaigns

           •Build a central volunteer base (JAINA Volunteer Corps),

           •Manage JAINA Internship Program,

           •Support Project / Committee leaders

2. Secretary Report – Yogendra Jain
    •Transition:

    •Joint meeting with past EC and current EC

    •Transition underway

    •Meetings every 2 weeks  (Monday evenings)

           •Bi-weekly Infrastructure Support calls (1st & 3rd Thurs)

    •Build community support and outreach campaigns

           •Nearly doubled email membership from 6,000k – 11,800k

           •Sending regular community newsletters to create awareness (read by 3,500k - 6,000k weekly)

    •Manage JAINA Internship Program

           •Launched and successfully completed first JAINA Student Internship Program with 3 interns (remote      
            internship)

    •Support Project / Committee leaders

           •Supporting 17 projects / project leaders

           •Bi-Weekly Project Leaders Call (2nd and 4th Thurs)
