Winter RECIPE

GUNDAR PAK
|
Ingredients:
- 1 liter milk
- 250 gm khadi sakar
- 3/4 cup gundar (edible gum)
- 3/4 cup fine chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- 4 tbsp. dried ginger powder (sunth )
- 4 tbsp. ganthoda powder (piprimul)
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup ghee
steps:
- Heat ghee in a big kadai, add gundar and fry it, after they puff, slowly add milk and
continuously stirring, cook for 5 minutes, add sakar and boil it.
cook for 10-12 minutes until sakar melt, then add chopped almonds and grated
coconut, keep stirring continuously, until thick, add sunth, and ganthoda powder
mix properly stir till lump & until it leaves the kadai, add cardamom powder.
- Bring it to a room temperature, store in airtight container.
This pak is good for strengthening back bone.
Eat 2 tbsp. every morning.
