Jain Center of New Jersey (JCNJ) is celebrating Shri Munisuvrat Jinalay Pratishtha Anniversary in Franklin Park, NJ on July 28th, 29th and August 1st and Shri Parshwanath Jinalay Jirnoddhar Anniversary in Essex Fells, NJ on August 12, 2018 with Narendrabhai Nandu and Team. They have organized 18 Abhishek, Shantinath Bhagwan Bhav Yatra first time performed at JCNJ, Sattar Bhedi Puja, Dhwaja Aarohan and other events.

Jain Center of New Jersey Celebrated Kartiki Sud Poonam Aradhana.It is said that the meaning of the Shatrunjaya is winning over enemies. The pilgrimage of Shatrunjay is performed to win over the karma-enemy. So it is said that each step on the pious place Shatrunjay can remove or destroy karmas of previous births.The person who puts one step towards Shatrunjay with pure heart, can be free from all the sins of the present and previous life. The sinful souls had become pious by worshipping it properly.

On this Auspicious day Jain Center of New Jersey organised Kartiki Sud Poonam Aradhana at both locations, Shree Munisuvrat Swami Jinalay and Shree Parshwanath Swami Jinalay and with utkrusht bhav all ages of aradhak's joined in this Bhav Yatra. Shree Shatrunjay Tirth Patt was installed for Darshan & Bhav yatra, Sadharmik's started their Aradhana with Shri Adinath Bhagwan Stuti ,Stavan, Panch Prakari Puja followed by each Chaityavandan of Shri Jay Taleti, Shri Shantinath Bhagwan , Shri Rayan Vruksh, Shri Pundrik Swami & Shri Adinath Bhagwan. Bhav Yatra concluded with 21 Khamasana. On this Mangalmay day most of the Sadharmik's had done upvas, chaath or attham upvas aradhana.

At Jain Center of New Jersey’s both Sankools, Shree Munisuvrat Swami Jinalay & Shree Parshwanath Swami Jinalay, scores of students and their parents celebrated Gnan Pancham on Sunday, Oct 29, 2017. The ceremony started with Gnan Stuti, followed by Gnan Chaityavandan and then Khamasana. Our Swadhyaykar, Shree Arvindbhai Bhandari explained the 5 types of Gnan, before khamasana for each of them. Pathshala Co-coordinator Minaben Shah recited the Duha's for each Khamasana. Volunteers set up a beautiful display of all the Gnan related items. Sadharmiks took labh of Vaskshep Pooja of the Gnan Upkarans on display.

JCNJ recently celebrated 5th annual Dhwaja Arohan event at its Franklin Twp. Jinalay with Sattarbedhi Pooja, Siddhachakra Poojan, and Adhar Abhishek Pooja. Shri Narendrabhai Shah led the celebration. The Center nearly completed its Ghee Boli for Murthi-Bharai for 24 Tirthankars in the Bhaav-Tirth project at its FT Jinalay; a Bhamati where each of the 24 Jin-Parmatma (Murti) will be replica of a Teerth in India; the Pratistha is contemplated in 2018.

JCNJ is also preparing for the upcoming celebration of 150th birth year of Shrimad Raj Chandra with guests expected from all over the US and overseas. The Center also raised funds for its newly constructed Sadharmik Bhavan - a multi-unit residence building for caretaker and visitors. Shree Kummar Chatterjee also provided an evening full of Bhakti and Bhavna.

The Jain Center of New Jersey (JCNJ) celebrated the Fagun Sud Teras Chha Gau Yatra of Shetrunjay tirth at both of its Jinalays with a grand program on the weekends of March 5th and 12th.

The celebration began auspiciously with Navvanu (99) Prakari Puja at our Caldwell Jinalay. This puja enlightens us about the various Jirnoddhars of Shtrunjay, visits of countless souls that attained liberation (siddhipad), and the history of this Shashvattirth that was visited by almost all Tirthankars of the current chovisi.

Shri Jayeshbhai Khona was the vidhikarak for Bhavyatra at Franklin on March 12th. His engaging style encouraged increased participation and clear understanding of this bhavyatra.

Teams of volunteers labored to create a replica of Sidhdhhgiri Taleti and Dada no Darbar with various stops like Hinglaj Mata no Hardo, Padmavatidevi mandir,Shantinath Bhagwan Jinalay,Paap Punyani Baari, Chandan Talavadi, Siddhvad, Bhadva Dungar, Samavasaran, and Jambudweep ( Main attraction of the Day) to create the authentic feeling of actual tirthyatra. The jinalay was decorated and bhavyaaangi was done to magnify the beauty of the occasion. Numerous ceremonies like Dwaar Udghatan, Chaityvandan, Ashtaprakari puja, were celebrated with music, pomp, and chants of "Jai Jai Shri Adinath!"

JCNJ members donated generously with not only their money, but also with their time and bhav to create a festive spirit and a sense of Jain Shasan Jaivantuvarte. JCNJ thanks its volunteers, members, and sponsors for making this bhavyatra a memorable event.
