JAINA-JainLink Store / Donation / Event Registration Guidelines and Policy:
JAINA affiliated and recognized organizations and projects which follow JAINA constitution can upon approval from JAINA, offer on JAINA-JainLink products/services for sale, collect donation via credit cards / pledges, and register for events, membership, etc.
The following are the requirements:
- The form below to be submitted summarizing the following: (event name, date, groups/projects IT contact, amount of minimum donation, various levels of donations and names for those levels, duration of the campaign, amount to be collected, other marketing and promotion support needed from JAINA-JainLink team, images, short and longer description with URL's).
- The group must agree the following minimum JainLink transaction fees to cover credit card fees, backend use, and other administrative charges. This fee does not include taxes, support, warranty, return handling, cancellation charges, etc.
5 % for humanitarian causes
7% for other donation, registration, events, etc.
7% on event registration (which pass through store orders)
15 % on Store Orders
- JainLink will allow at least one member of the project back end access to view transactions regarding their project
- JAINA treasurer will reimburse at the end of the month all funds collected from the credit card transactions less above transaction fees. It will up to the project team to collect pledges via credit card or other means.
