This school will have high quality infrastructure, separate classrooms for senior and junior, libraries, laboratories, art and craft rooms, recreational area and more. This entire project cost is US $3 Million and JAINA World Community Services has pledged to raise upto US $1 Million. Presently we are short of only $ 190,000. On December 4, the Jain Center of Northern California had invited Professor Dr. Muhammad Hameed to give a lecture on the âJain Heritage in Pakistanâ. Prof. Hameed is the Chairman of Department of Archaeology in University of the Punjab, Lahore Pakistan.

JAINA intends to set up a school with high quality infrastructure that will enable it to perform the task of providing education involving a series programs
and activities.
The proposed school building and the campus will be well planned, spacious, functional and an impressive façade. Both the Senior and Junior sections of the building will
have well-appointed classrooms and the overall ambience will be such that it makes learning much more enjoyable. There will be libraries where students can enhance their knowledge
by referring to various books and online connectivity.
Classroom:
In addition to the classrooms and libraries, the school will have modern laboratories in keeping with the changing needs of the times. To further the creative needs of the
students, there will be Art and Crafts Room, Music and Dance Room. Apart from extensive playgrounds and childrenâs park, there will be indoor games facilities for recreation.
A yoga room is also planned for the well being of the students.

 Jain Center of Northern California invited
Professor Dr. Muhammad Hameed, Ph.D. Chairman Department of Archaeology, University of the Punjab, Lahore Pakistan. On December 4, 2021, Prof. Hammed gave a lecture on the âJain Heritage
in Pakistanâ at JCNC. Prof. Hameed has done extensive work in documenting Jain monuments in Pakistan.
Recently, Prof. Hammed was at the University of California at Berkeley on a research visit.
During the event, Parveen Jain in his immaculate way beautifully introduced Prof. Hameed and welcomed him to JCNC with a gift of the book âAn Introduction to Jain Philosophyâ.
 Prof. Hameed gave a detailed talk in
chaste Urdu on the present state of Jain temples and other monuments in Pakistan. Please find the

Nirmal Baid led the Q&A and Prof. Hameed answered audience questions. Prof. Hameed was warmly thanked by the community with a round of applause.
