JAINA created history by making the first-ever virtual and global JAINA Convention successful! We are grateful to the global Jain community for believing and supporting us throughout. While celebrating the Jain religion in the 21st century on such a global
scale brought tears of joy to many, this convention has also seeded thoughts for extending the JAINA platform at the global level, to the countries beyond North America!
If you have missed out on Convention 2021 programs, you can still watch them under “On Demand Sessions” on the Laaveo platform till July 20, 2021.
Thanks to the community support, out of $25,000 matching funds we have collected a total of $19,000 during the Convention 2021 for JAINA General Funds. We are short of $6,000 to get the matching funds of $25,000 covered. No amount is small, please help us to reach our goal.
Check out the Jain Digest June issue if you haven’t read the interesting articles in there yet. Moreover, if you think you can write one such article on topics like Compassion, Devotion, Jain Education, Inspiration, Transformation, or topics related to
Jain principles we would be happy to feature your skill in October 2021 Jain Digest issue. Please mail at jaindigestpublication@gmail.com.
Please take an official JAINA's Jain Population Survey and help us determine Jain population count in North America. The survey will also help us in finding out if one would like to receive: JAINA Calendar, JAINA communications with relevant Community
news for Jain events and programs, etc.
Join us for JAINA Summer Course “Earth is Calling” by Dr. Christopher Miller. The course starts from July 12-30, 2021, Monday to Friday from 9 am - 12 pm (PST). This comprehensive course will help you rediscover and apply your Jain Dharma. To sign up,

We mostly see attachment in a positive light. While the enlightened ones say that the feelings of attachment and aversion are violence. Gurudev Rakheshbhai explains why an attachment is the mother of violence, and why it is important to keep feelings
in check more than just focusing on our actions.
