On this second day of Das Lakshana Parva, we delve into the attribute of "Asharan" which means that nobody can give us refuge at the time of death. The refuge of noble religion alone is real; to contemplate thus is Asharan bhavana. It deals with the feeling of helplessness. As we reflect on this profound concept, may we strengthen our faith in the unseen and recognize that the ultimate refuge lies in our spiritual journey and the noble path we choose to follow.

To celebrate Das Lakshana Parva, JAINA has organized spiritual discourses featuring distinguished Jain scholars. These discourses will be delivered in English in the morning and in Hindi in the evening. Please find the daily topics and schedule below for your reference.

Prof Cogen Bohanec, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Arihanta Institute and provides an expansive and unique breadth of knowledge, especially as someone who did not grow up Jain but studied Jain scholarly texts in depth. We are excited to have him and hope you can attend! This will be a very enlightening and interactive discussion.
