Inside February 2022 Jain Digest: Introspection by Ramesh Khandhar

In all walks of life, whether it is in business or personal life or in our spiritual pursuit, we can make progress only if we know where we are on the path to what we want to achieve. One of the ways to track our progress is by introspection.

In this first part in a series of two articles, Rameshbhai discusses the need for introspection in our social and material life. He says, “Introspection is a universally accepted sure way to increase our self-knowledge, to look inward, to introspect deeply into our emotions, experiences, and to understand why we are the way we are? When we reflect, we might be trying to understand our feelings. Instead of jumping to easy solutions, make time to sit down and think.”

Introspection by Ramesh Khandhar
