"When I took on the role of Director of Project Development for YJA working with JAINA on projects like JALI was one of the reasons I was most excited. As a a member of the YJA Board family since 2009, empowering Jain youth through the JALI Internship Program is especially inspiring to me. It is amazing to see JALI interns and JAINA members who are strong advocates for bipartisan faith issues such as non-violence. As the coordinator this year, I think it is particularly motivating to be a part of a program that will shape interns to reach their full potential, and hopefully go on to make a lasting impact in future legislation. I truly believe the JALI Internship Program at AJC is a unique experience to work with a high functioning non-profit and will provide interns with a long-lasting network of like-minded political partners. So if you have not already, apply today to this incredible experience! I look forward to reviewing your applications."
