Dipak C. Jain is the former dean of theKellogg School of ManagementatNorthwestern University. A marketing expert trained in mathematics and statistics, Jain assumed leadership of the school in 2001, after serving for five years as the school's associate dean for academic affairs working with DeanDonald P. Jacobs. After 13 years in the Dean's office, Jain stepped down on September 1, 2009 to devote more time towards family and teaching commitments.

Prem Jain is currently the Senior Vice President of the Server Access Virtualization Business Unit for Cisco Systems, Inc. Jain is also serves as one of the member's on Cisco's Development Council.
In 2005, Mr. Jain co-founded Nuova Systems, which was acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc. in 2008. He served as one of the Chief Development Officers for Nuova as well as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to co-founding Nuova Systems, Inc., Mr. Jain was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Router Technology Group at Cisco Systems, which includes all Cisco routers and access products. He also held the position of Vice President of New Business Ventures. In this capacity, he was responsible for exploring new technologies that aligned and positioned Cisco's business strategies.
Previous to working with New Business Ventures, Mr. Jain held the position of Vice President and General Manager within Enterprise Line of Business where he was responsible for the Voice, Wireless Telephony, WAN Edge, VPN & Security, and Metro Services Business Units. He was instrumental in continuously growing the Enterprise market segments, and maintaining Cisco's leadership position as it relates to WAN edge backbone routers, ATM switching products, Enterprise voice solutions and firewall equipment.
Mr. Jain joined Cisco in 1993 as Director of Engineering when Cisco acquired Crescendo Communications. At Crescendo, Mr. Jain was Vice President of Systems Architecture, and was responsible for the design and development of Crescendo's FDDI products as well as the first LAN switch, now known at the Cisco Catalyst 1200.
Prior to Crescendo, Mr. Jain was Director of Engineering for David Systems, where he architected and developed third-generation integrated Data and Voice PABX equipment. He also worked at BNR as a member of the Scientific Staff, where he was responsible for the architecture, design and development of small and large integrated PABXs.
Mr. Jain is the recipient of two patents and is a member of the IEEE organization. He holds a B.E. degree with honors from BITS Pilani, India and a Masters degree in EECS from U.C. Davis. In his spare time, Mr. Jain enjoys snow skiing, hiking and playing Bridge. He is actively involved in volunteer work for non-profit organizations, fundraising for the homeless and helping San Francisco Bay Area schools.
Lata Champsee, President of JAINA, has served as First Vice President, Secretary and Regional VP in JAINA as well Editor in Chief of Jain Digest for 10 years. She was a convener for JAINA Convention 2009. Besides 2009 Convention, she was actively involved in the organizing of Toronto, Philadelphia and Chicago Conventions.
She was a President and a member Board of Trustees of the Jain Society of Toronto. Besides serving the Jain Community, She has served at various positions including serving as President and a trustee, at a South East Asian Women's organization for more than 20 years. She is a founder of South East Asian Seniors' organization, first of its kind in Toronto. She was also a Board member of YWCA, Toronto Chapter.
She has owned and run a property management company for the past 20 plus years. Her specialty is renovation and restoration of multi-residential buildings. Her Company manages properties worth more than 80 million dollars.
Dhaval Vasa is heading the Continuous Audit function at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. He has worked extensively in the manufacturing and services industry, including Tyco, from working on the shop floor as an Engineer to performing global financial, operational and IT audits in many countries. His unique academic training, diversified experience and knowledge of operations management put him on the cusp of continuous improvement, business intelligence, fraud detection and continuous controls monitoring. In one of the more recent projects, he was instrumental in stopping a profit bleed of about $10 Million on an annual basis.

He was a Chair of Board of Trustees of the Jain Society of Metropolitan Chicago in 2008-2009 and a Chief Election Judge for JSMC elections in 2001 and 2003. During his term as a Trustee and Chair, the board of trustees and executive committee hosted Chicago's most successful Pratishtha of its Jain Temple.since 1987as a Trustee of the IMD Memorial Trust, he promotes charitable work towards Religion, Education, Medical Assistance, and Relief.He executed a disaster relief drive in March 2001 for the earthquake victims in India and reached out to 450 earthquake victim families across the affected regions of State of Gujarat, India.
He has held responsibilities of Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice-President, for community groups (Jain Social Group) and for professional pharmaceutical organizations (PDA) as well as served in the educational committees at local chapters and at national front since 1989.

Dr. Jain writes regularly for the Washington Post, and the Commercial Appeal (Memphis newspaper). His writings also appear in the New York Times and the Times of India. He received his engineering, doctorate, and public health degree from Boston University. He has served as a consultant to the World Bank on HIV, and has been interviewed by CNN International, National Public Radio, and India Today magazine.Over the past 15 years Dr. Jain has given over a 150 talks, and published numerous scientific articles, chapters and books. Dr. Jain has conducted research on HIV epidemiology, quality improvement, and spirituality & medicine.

Vinod Jain is professor of Strategy and International Business at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. He is also the President & CEO of the India-US World Affairs Institute, a non-profit organization building greater awareness for India in the U.S. and vice-versa. A Fulbright Scholar and true cosmopolitan, Vinod has lived and worked in India, the United States, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, China, and the Middle East.
He has designed and chaired thought-leadership symposia at international conferences and has conducted over 100 executive seminars in the last three decades. During the last eleven years, he has won and managed five federal grants with a budget of over $2 million. And, he has been honored by the Governors of both Ohio (2001) and Maryland (2004) for his services to their states. Most recently, Vinod co-authored a major study on "How America Benefits from Economic Engagement with India” for the India-US World Affairs Institute, in association with the Smith School of Business and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
Vinod has a Ph.D. in Strategy and International Management from the University of Maryland at College Park and Master's degrees in Management (UCLA) and Statistics (Indian Statistical Institute).
